Summer Adventures & Fitness Videos

Hope you have had an awesome Summer!

Its been super fun with all the summer festivals and visits to the countryside at the weekends here in Bristol,  whilst working on improving the new Grace Fitness Business.

I have chosen to change the name from Katherine Grace Fitness to Grace Fitness. As it goes with the ethos of the service I offer, is my middle name and plus it’s easier to say! Let me know your thoughts about the name, the new Logo and rebrand coming soon.

I’ve also become an Ambassador and seller of Pulsin protein powders, super excited about this!

Pulsin are a locally based protein company in the South West of the U.K. who make pure and non dairy protein with no additives or sweeteners such as Soya, Pea, Brown rice and Hemp proteins as well as some yummy protein bars. I add the protein powders to my porridge, soups and some meals to maintain lean muscle, helping speed up my metabolism and burn fat faster.

My after workout Peanut & Banana Smoothie is packed with this protein, check my recipe & video here

Other news is that Grace Fitness has been shooting Music & Fitness videos outside in the countryside and recently a Kettlebell workout at Clifton Suspension Bridge, to be uploaded soon onto my Instagram. Using local House music producers from my background in Dj-ing as Dj Miss Grace to create the music for each one.  Which is a dream come true. Here is my first one…

As I write this I am getting ready for my holiday to Ibiza next week to shoot some more fitness videos and relax. Wish me luck xx KG

  1. I loved you better than you would ever be able to express here. The picture is beautiful, and your wording is elegant; nonetheless, you read it in a short amount of time. I believe that you ought to give it another shot in the near future. If you make sure that this trek is safe, I will most likely try to do that again and again.
